Underbrush is a collaboration between Sophia Van Dyke and Mac McComb. Based in La Honda, CA, our mission is to create beautiful and functional home wares from sustainably sourced, self harvested local wood. By harvesting our own wood we ensure it is done in accordance with our values of environmentalism, as well as cleaning up and thinning the long overgrown and fire suppressed areas of California. The name Underbrush represents our mutual love for the forest and desire to utilizes its abundant resources in a way which is healthy for both the entire ecosystem, not just ourselves.
